Bought a tile cutter took it home and opened up it was used with tile pieces falling out of it. If you shop here check your tool before you buy it. They gave me my money back but wasted hours of my time. People dont do there job and have an attitude if you ever have a problem or a question. The young guy stopped what he was doing to help me find what I needed. He was actually able to look it up online and use that information to help me locate the item in the store. I wouldnt have been able to find anyone and Id bet once I did, theyd have no clue of what I was talking about or where to find it.

I went on a Friday just before closing, shockingly, that did not make a difference in the customer service received. The man in hardware tonight acted as if I were doing him a favor, now thats the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Over my last 3 visits, none of the staff would stop to help me find items. I had to use the website to find my items otherwise I would have spent hours in there for just a couple of things. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of one very polite young man who was gathering carts. Please if management reads this, teach your inside staff how to treat customers.
